The above rates include water,
electric, sewer, garbage, lawn care, club house and heated swimming
pool. If you have a washing machine in your RV there is an additional
charge of $10.00 per month. |

If you wish to pay quarterly with
electric in your name: $1150.00. |

If you wish to pay 6 Months with
electric in your name: $2,175.00. |
|
|
If you wish to keep your RV here
year round the monthly storage after a 6-month regular rental will be
$55.00 per month. |

|
In order to insure space
availability, your reservation and first month's rent must be received
by us no later than October 1. |

This is a 55 plus, adult community.
It is very quiet and peaceful.
Occupancy is two people per unit.
Pets are not allowed.
We are easy to find.
We are on Hwy. 80 near I-75 at exit 25.
Go West on Hwy. 80 for 1.6 miles.
Turn left at traffic light on to New York Drive.
The office is half way down the street on the left.
