Weekly $300.00

Monthly in season (Oct 1 though Apr 30) $775.00 plus electric

Monthly off season (May 1 though Sept 30) $525.00 plus electric

If you wish to keep your RV year round, the monthly storage lowers to $115.00 after the first six months at regular rate. In order to insure space availability your reservation and first month's rent must be received prior to October 1.

The above rates include water, sewer, garbage, lawn care and use of the club house. Unless stated otherwise.
